DVD LICENSING

Be advised that it is illegal to show "for home use only" DVDs to groups in the church unless they have "Public Performance Rights". To show other DVDs to groups, one must purchase a license and/or get permission from the producers of the DVDs.

Purchasing a license from Christian Video Licensing International gives a church permission to show only the DVDs that are created by the producers who are members of CVLI. More information can be obtained on the internet at www.cvli.org.
To get permission from other producers, one must contact them individually. Often this can be done by email.
