I am writing to request permission to use home videodiscs in the following ways in our church:

1. Church leaders can use a portion of a thematic DVD in church gatherings.
2. Sunday School classes can play a DVD.
3. Youth meetings can view the latest DVDs.
4. Educational classes can use DVDs to train their students.

I understand that all permissions come with the following rules:

1. No fees may be charged for viewing.
2. DVDs are not to be duplicated or edited in any way.
3. DVDs may not be broadcast in any form.

I would also like permission to include DVDs that might be released from your company in the future.
